He brings to NOOA Holdings a rare combination of creative entrepreneurship and operational rigour. As the founder and driving force behind AB International, established in 2017 and now operating across four countries, Amit has produced and executive-produced a body of work spanning Bollywood and international co-productions — among them Ra.One, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, alongside the critically celebrated Sahela, co-produced with Dev Patel and premiered at the Jio MAMI Mumbai International Film Festival. His film KNOT was selected for the Venice Film Festival — a testament to the global reach of his creative vision.

In Dubai, Amit owns a substantial portfolio of commercial and residential real estate — evidence of a disciplined, long-horizon approach to capital deployment that has defined his career. His hospitality interests — grounded in a fourth-generation family legacy — extend from the United Kingdom to the UAE, where he is actively expanding under the NOOA Holdings umbrella. Amit is also the founder of ICINEX, an OTT platform dedicated to bringing South Asian and international cinema to global audiences, and Gooflys, a Dubai-based travel agency specialising in premium corporate and leisure travel. He commands a social media following of over 410,000 on Instagram, reflecting his influence across entertainment and investment circles.

Over the course of the past fifteen years, he has served as CFO to multiple organizations in the region, establishing a reputation for disciplined financial stewardship, sophisticated investor engagement, and the ability to navigate intricate regulatory frameworks. His expertise extends deeply into mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring, and enterprise-wide financial planning. Notably, he has architected institutional-grade financial frameworks that enable companies to access and scale within U.S. public markets capabilities that are directly aligned with NOOA Holdings’ long-term capital markets ambitions.

At NOOA Holdings, Dr. Krishnamoorthy exercises full oversight of the firm’s financial architecture and capital strategy. He is responsible for the stewardship of capital, the evaluation and structuring of investments, and the financial governance of all strategic initiatives. His approach is defined by analytical rigor, measured risk assessment, and an unwavering commitment to accountability ensuring that every deployment of capital reflects both discipline and long-term value creation.

His academic foundation is equally distinguished. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Trinity College, Spain, and an MBA in Finance from the International University in Missouri, USA, complemented by degrees in Commerce and Law from Kerala University. He has further strengthened his expertise through advanced certifications in Business Analytics from IIM Ahmedabad, Financial Analytics from the University of Oxford, and executive programs at Harvard University, the University of Cambridge, and ACCA in the United Kingdom.
